Flexitanks & ISO tanks

REFTRANSFLOT offers a reliable and economical alternative to shipping in ISO tanks, totes, or drums. Authorized for sea, land and rail transportation, REFTRANSFLOT Flexitanks can safely deliver products to any locaion while saving money at the same time.

REFTRANSFLOT Flexitanks convert a standard 20′ container into a 24-ton bulk liquid hauler. Such Flexitanks have a capacity of 16,000 to 24,000 liter. They are Low tare weight. REFTRANSFLOT Flexitanks are food-grade certified. The single use flexitanks are reclaimable and recyclable. No cleaning, repositioning, or round trip leases are required. Shipping bulk liquid cargo in Flexitanks also allows for large reduction in labor time requirements and costs.

- ISO tanks can be easily stored, even for layovers and intra-day storage. If there are delays in the shipping process for any reason (weather, customer request, etc.), ISO tanks can be safely stored at most facilities.
- These tanks are robust and will resist the most anticipated forms of damage during shipping. This is a key consideration when shipping any product, whether it is inherently hazardous or not.

Despite these benefits, there are some areas where ISO tanks do not deliver the greatest advantages. Cleaning is a major concern.
